Refund Policy

We do not allow refunds as that would be considered cheating through our network. If you have serious concerns about the money that had been spent; our discord is open to support tickets and we can resolve your issue. There are consequences to chargebacks and punishments will vary depending on if a claim was made in support or not. Not all products are permanent through the changing seasons on the network, we have disclaimers on each product that will not last permanently.

Privacy & Protection Policy

All information sent through our webservers is backed with SSL certification. All data is Encrypted through our hosting. No data or information from your billing is saved through the website and support is always open to resolve defiled tickets. We use Paypal to protect your and our transactions with each other. Any grievances or chargebacks must be handled through Paypal services and not the Lethean Network.
